Rational Games Rational Games Inc. co-financed the April 2008 workshop with local leaders from Ferizaj/Uroševac and IDPs from Štrpce/Shtërpcë. This training focused on strengthening gender awareness in the municipal institutions, increase the conflict resolution skills of leaders, and improve inter-ethnic dialogue in order to facilitate return.
