Ana Bojadjievska received a Master of Public Policy degree from the Willy Brandt School at the University of Erfurt, Germany, focusing on peacebuilidng, development and human rights. From 2007 to 2009 she coordinated the Debate Program in Youth Educational Forum in Skopje, Macedonia and implemented projects for the OSCE Spillover Mission to Skopje and the Foundation Open Society Institute Macedonia. She primarily dealt with tackling interethnic segregation in the educational sector through the development of educational programs and different policy initiatives. Her experience also includes research work on good governance, entrepreneurship and social inclusion in the OECD LEED Center in Trento, Italy. Ms. Bojadjievska joined CSSP in January 2012 as a Mediation Training Manager.

Kujtim Deari graduated from the Economic Faculty of the University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Macedonia in the field of Management/Cybernetics. He previously worked in Macedonia for international organisations including the OSCE and UNDP. Mr. Deari is fluent in Albanian, Bosnian, Croatian, English, Macedonian, Serbian, and Turkish and lives in Gostivar. He is Mediation Project Coordinator for CSSP’s activities in Macedonia and South Serbia and works with our partner organisations Forum-CSRD.

Evelyn Franke holds a Diploma in Economics with a focus on international economics, business ethics und industrial economics. During her studies she received working experience in the field of development cooperation at Plan International e.V. and Studieren ohne Grenzen e.V.. Furthermore she worked several months for an export promotion agency in Azerbaijan. After her graduation in May 2010 she wrote a GTZ study on economic development in Ethiopia. She joined CSSP in May 2011 and is responsible for finances and administration.
Bekim Ismaili obtained a university degree from University of Economy in Management and Informatics in summer 2009. He holds a diploma from the IBM University – WIFI - Vienna: Know-How - Project Management, Business Process Optimization and Conflict Management, and graduated from the College of Machinery in Mitrovicë / Mitrovica in 1988. Mr. Ismaili worked with the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) and was Head of Translation for the Office of the Auditor General of Kosovo. He lives with his family in Mitrovicë / Mitrovica and is fluent in Albanian, English and Serbian. Mr. Ismaili is a certified and licensed mediator and is the Head of the CSSP coordination office in Pristina, Kosovo.

Emir Krehić holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Mr Krehic has 15 years of experience in coordinating emergency and post-conflict development projects in the Western Balkan Region, Romania, Bulgaria and India. He is a certified IFRC International Relief/ Field Delegate. Mr Krehić is a member of the Regional Disaster Response Team and the European Network for Psychosocial Support since 2005. Mr Krehić joined CSSP in September 2010 as a CSSP Coordinator in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Christoph Lüttmann studied Political Science and Public Law in Berlin and Bologna and holds a university degree from the Freie Universität Berlin where he focussed on conflict prevention and post-conflict peacebuilding. Mr. Lüttmann previously worked for a Swiss NGO for refugees in Lausanne, the United Nations Secretariat in New York, the "Research Center 700 - Governance in Limited Statehood" and the Center for International Peace Operations (ZIF) in Berlin. He is a certified Mediator and joined CSSP in March 2009. Mr. Lüttmann is the Head of Project Manegement, Lead Mediator for Kosovo and coordinator for the South Eastern European Mediation Forum.

Martin Michaelis is a Lawyer by profession who also graduated in policy science obtaining a magister atrium with the main focus on foreign policy in China and the Middle East. After his 1st state exam in law he worked as a business consultant for two years in several working appearances as a restructuring expert. His working expertise includes locations such as China, Cambodia and Iran. Mr. Michaelis joined CSSP in January 2012 as Mediation Project Manager for Bosnia-Herzegovina. He also functions as CSSP`s Legal Adviser. Due to his business contexts he also engages in the field of the business community as an option for peacebuilding.

Johanna Sell obtained a Master degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the Center for Conflict Studies, University of Marburg where she focused on transitional justice mechanisms and conflict transformation processes. Previously she studied Cultural Studies in Frankfurt/Oder and Krakow (Poland). Ms. Sell has successfully completed the Multitrack Peace Mediation Course and has received working experiences in human rights NGOs in Poland and Kosovo. She joined CSSP in August 2010 as a Mediation Project Manager for Serbia and Nepal.

Dr. Christina Stenner is a certified Peace- and Conflict Consultant and a post graduated political scientist researched on the civilization of force through democratic transition. She has extensive working and research experiences abroad, such as at UNHCR Bosnia-Herzegovina, at the OSCE Serbia or as a Research Assistant at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary. Beforehand, Christina studied abroad at the Tokyo Kezai University and graduated in Economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke, Germany with a socio-political thesis about organized crime. Since many years she honorary works with Amnesty International for the Refugee Advisory Service in Berlin. Christina joined CSSP in July 2010 and is responsible for mediation projects in FYR Macedonia and Egypt.
